This is one of Seward’s most unforgettable glacier adventures — a full-day guided experience that takes you onto Exit Glacier for a hands-on day of hiking, exploring, and climbing in the heart of Kenai Fjords National Park. You’ll move through a dramatic frozen landscape of blue ice, crevasses, and sculpted glacial features, then gear up to experience the thrill of real ice climbing on the glacier itself.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

1. Meet in Seward and get outfitted for the day
2. Travel to Kenai Fjords National Park with your guide
3. Hike onto Exit Glacier using provided equipment
4. Learn movement techniques, safety systems, and basic ice climbing skills
5. Spend the day exploring glacier terrain and climbing on the ice
6. Return to Seward after a full day in one of Alaska’s most dramatic landscapes
