Sales, Promotions, Offers, Discounts – Terms and Conditions

From time to time, Kenai Backcountry Adventures may release promotions that include special offers, discounts, and/or sales on our tours, or courses. Please, read our terms and conditions below, that at a minimum, apply to all of our promotions. 

*Terms and Conditions:

Eligible travelers shall receive the discount per person on guaranteed departures of select small group tours as follows: Tour must be booked within the corresponding dates listed within the promotion. Only available for the tour departure dates listed, or as advertised. All sales are final as indicated in the promotion for all Kenai Backcountry Adventures participating tours listed within the promotion.

Promotions are valid for new bookings only, they do not apply to any previously booked tours, or customers for that same tour. In other words, if a customer already has a booking, they cannot cancel the booking, only to attempt to make another booking for the same tour in an effort to receive a discount.

Customers must quote, or mention the ad, and/or coupon/discount code at the time of booking. Bookings must be made by calling Kenai Backcountry Adventures (Phone: 907-331-4912), or as otherwise indicated by Kenai Backcountry Adventures; some bookings will allow the use of coupon/discount codes during the online booking checkout process.

Discounts are not valid when booked through a third party such as travel agent, or third party booking site. Offers are not valid on previously booked trips (period). Offers cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions or discounts, and all tours are subject to availability. Some tours require a minimum number of participants to guarantee departures, see specific tours for details. Does not apply to pre- or post-tour accommodation, insurance, airfare not specified in the itinerary, upgrades, add-ons, single supplements, transfers, theme packs, or other in-country or onboard services.

Kenai Backcountry Adventures reserves the right to withdraw promotions and offers from sale at any time without prior notice. Any refunds made with respect to products booked under any promotion shall be issued at the discounted rate, and are subject to our cancellation and refund polices. Some sales are non-refundable, as indicated in a promotion. Kenai Backcountry Adventures reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unauthorized, altered, ineligible, or fraudulent use of discount. Kenai Backcountry Adventures is not responsible for technical or system errors that may interfere with or otherwise prohibit the use of a promotion.
