Imagine arriving at our Kenai Flight Office at 1:00pm, excitement building as you board a bush plane for a breathtaking flight over Alaska’s untamed wilderness; flight departs at 2:00pm. In just 45 minutes, you’ll find yourself landing at our secluded Tuxedni Bay Lodge, nestled along the pristine shores of Tuxedni Bay. After settling into your cozy cabin, you’ll join fellow adventurers for a family-style dinner where stories are shared, and the anticipation of tomorrow’s adventures fills the air. As evening falls, you may choose to venture out for an unforgettable bear-viewing session, watching these majestic animals in the glow of an Alaskan sunset.

The next morning greets you with the aroma of hot coffee, tea, and a hearty Alaskan breakfast in our welcoming day lodge. As you savor a warm meal, you’ll be fueled for the day’s exploration. Soon after, you’ll join our expert guides on a morning excursion into bear country, where you’ll witness bears foraging, playing, and roaming free against the stunning backdrop of Alaska’s rugged landscapes. After a midday break and lunch, you’re off again, exploring more of Tuxedni’s wilderness. From unique volcanic formations to scenic coastal trails, every step immerses you deeper into this wild paradise.
