KENAI NATIONAL WILDLIFE REFUGE – HIDDEN MAGIC!

The Kenai National Wildlife Refuge is by far one of our most favorite adventure destinations in Alaska. Why? If only we could put it all in writing…

The best way to experience the refuge is in person, and off the road system. Whether you’re going for a short hike, or a multi-day expedition the refuge has pretty much a bit of everything to offer you. Glaciers, world-class fishing rivers, waterfalls, mountains, ice fields, humungous lakes, whitewater canyons, abundant wildlife, and much more!

Kenai Backcountry Adventures offers a variety of trips in the refuge, exclusively in backcountry areas rarely visited by the average traveler to Alaska. We have trips that range from guided, interpretive day hikes, to overnight backcountry backpacking, to multi-day packrafting and backpacking adventures!

Your trip is provided on an all-inclusive basis with gourmet meals throughout your entire adventure! All you need to bring is your personal clothing and gear, and we’ll take care of the rest. Guided by expert, professional backcountry guides, your safety and comfort is our top priority.

If you have a thirst for adventure, and you’re ready to see parts of the refuge that truly show the hidden magic, give us a call or shoot us an email and we’ll setup the best trip for you!
