ADVENTURE: Kenai Wildlife Refuge 3 Day Backpacking AdventureÂ
POINTS OF INTEREST:
There were so many Caribou Sheds scattered around the Tundra! The weather was perfect too! And Guide/Chef Nate whipped up some delicious camp meals for this group.
WILDLIFE SIGHTINGS:
Marmots were every where!
MEMORABLE MOMENTS:
This three day back packing adventure was so fun! A Father and his two sons spent Father’s Day in the backcountry! What an awesome way to celebrate Dad. We hiked around 11 miles in three days. After taking a boat across Skilak Lake began the journey upward. The views were stunning! So we decided to turn what was night one camp into our base camp! A trip like this is something all three of them will remember forever!
