ADVENTURE: Exit Glacier Ice Hiking Adventure
POINTS OF INTEREST:
Exploring a new area of the glacier that had small towers of ice.
WILDLIFE SIGHTINGS:
Varied Thrush
MEMORABLE MOMENTS:
The group crushed the Harding Icefield Trail and hopped on the glacier in record time. Of course, that happens when you’re busy chatting about travel! The day was hot on the glacier, but the ice was cold! The trio explored a small crevasse and walked all over the beautiful blue ice. The hike back down the mountain was guided by a new KBA staff member, the varied thrush! The bird sang songs, and snacked on bugs and seeds along the trail. What an epic day!!
