Overview

Deep in the backcountry is where memories are made… Whether it’s the exhilarating rush as you catch the first glimpse of the glacier you’ll be hiking on, looking over the edge of a deep glacier crevasse, the fresh mountain air that fills your lungs, or the sense of wonder gazing across the Harding Icefield. With a friendly, local guide and 3 days to immerse yourself in unrivaled natural beauty, you’ll feel the cool breeze on your face from the Harding Icefield, see Alaska in a whole new way, and have plenty of time to soak it all in…

Small Groups & Epic Camps

In contrast to crowded roadside tours in Alaska, our expeditions get way out there, and are limited to only 10 guests. Bottom line? A more intimate experience with everything from mountains, glaciers, and amazing vistas.

See What Most Are Missing

While the majority of visitors stay on the pavement and pathways, you’ll get to experience the picturesque backcountry, an array of glaciers, and stunning vistas completely inaccessible by car.

Award-Winning Guides

Beyond the jaw-dropping scenery, your experienced and friendly guide will teach you glacier mountaineering, share stories, Harding Icefield history, and answer any questions you have throughout the expedition.

For Visitors & Locals Alike

Whether you’re here for the first time, hosting visitors, or looking for a once-in-a-lifetime adventure, our backcountry adventures are thrilling, exhilarating, and offer unforgettable experiences of our beautiful backyard.
