ADVENTURE: Exit Glacier Ice Hiking Adventure
POINTS OF INTEREST:
It was an epic day on Exit Glacier! It started off with a waterfall right as we hopped on the ice!
WILDLIFE SIGHTINGS:
Black Bear and a Moose with Calf.
MEMORABLE MOMENTS:
We found a massive Moulin! Everyone got a turn to take a look down into it. A Moulin is like a sinkhole in the glacier. Moulins form when summer meltwater streams on the surface of the glacier finds a crevasse or other weak spot in the ice and begins to pour down through the ice. It is so fascinating!
