Yes. We provide courtesy pickups within Seward city limits for guests who don’t have a vehicle. If you’re staying outside city limits, contact us and we’ll help you with the best meeting plan.
Do you have luggage storage?
Yes. We have secure luggage storage at our office—perfect for cruise ship guests and travelers who are checking out of lodging the same day.

Yes. You’re welcome to meet us directly at our office. Just arrive 30 minutes early for check-in and gear fitting.
Are there bathrooms?
There are no bathrooms in the backcountry. Facilities are available before and after. Bathroom breaks are done nature-style following Leave No Trace practices.
